A consulting firm focused on healthcare transformation is seeking a Business Analyst Prosci (ADKAR) to work remotely across Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis, strong familiarity with information systems in healthcare, and a valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, identifying gaps, and implementing systems in a clinical setting. Our client is looking for a Business Analyst Prosci (ADKAR) - Remote across Canada!

Must Have Primary Skills
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in business analysis.
  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
  • 10 years’ experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
  • Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
  • 5 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
  • 5 years’ experience planning and implementing EPR (Electronic Patient Record) Clinical Documentation modules.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills
  • 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
  • 5 years’ experience in managing clinical stakeholder working groups mapping workflow requirements from paper patient records to electronic documentation in healthcare system information projects.
  • Services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.
Proven Experience In

A service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
