• Certification:
• Mandatory: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis).

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for SharePoint Server customizations.
• Proven experience working with:
• InfoPath Forms
• SharePoint Designer Workflows
• SharePoint 2016 platform
• Strong background in facilitating requirement workshops, interviews, and process analysis with business stakeholders.
