We are seeking a mid‑level Systems Analyst / Business Analyst to join Merrithew’s Digital Technology team on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. Reporting to the VP of Digital Technology, this role partners across the organization to understand how work gets done today and to produce clear, consistent documentation that strengthens alignment, decision‑making, and future improvement efforts.
This is a documentation‑centric engagement. The primary focus is capturing and standardizing cross‑functional workflows, clarifying ownership and handoffs, and translating operational reality into high‑quality process and requirements artifacts. Success in this role is defined by the quality, clarity, and completeness of the documentation and analysis deliverables produced within the contract term.
