Job Summary

This Business Analyst will serve as a Business Process Support Specialist, supporting SaskPower’s Generation operations to maximize the value of SAP solutions. The role involves SAP functional support, training, project delivery, and business liaison activities to improve operational efficiency and ensure effective technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP Solution Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, configure solutions, maintain master data, manage access, and create LSMW scripts
  • Training: Deliver formal and informal SAP training, create and maintain training materials for PP and related modules
  • Project Delivery: Identify requirements, develop test cases, collect/analyze data, provide demos, support cutover/data migration, and coordinate testing
  • Business Liaison: Drive process development, identify enhancement requests, and consult on technology-process interdependencies
  • Develop and deliver reporting across SAP solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery
Required Experience & Certifications
  • SAP PLM and MM certifications (mandatory)
  • 3-5 years’ SAP implementation, upgrade, support, and maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated utility industry experience, including overhauls and permitting applications
  • Strong record of continuous improvement and business experience
Education & Certifications
  • Relevant SAP Functional and/or Academy Training/Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
