What You’ll Do

• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end solutions, contribute to design decisions, and actively manage scope creep
• Identify and upgrade roadblocks, propose mitigations, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Gather and document functional requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery readiness
• Collaborate closely with developers and product strategy teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on timelines, dependencies, and delivery planning
• Support workstreams to ensure consistency and alignment
• Perform testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), logging issues and validating fixes

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in capital markets or corporate/investment banking
• Proven ability to own a workstream, manage scope, and drive decisions
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement

Nice to Have

• Experience in Capital Markets
• Experience with workflow automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience using Jira and Microsoft 365 tools
