Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative tasks involving ticket handling and data management.
  • Prior experience in customer service and support.
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint.

  • Liaise between internal and external partners to ensure workflow-related tickets are resolved quickly.
  • Lead and participate in administrative projects involving data gathering and customer file reviews.
  • Manage a variety of shared daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks in line with Service Level Agreements.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Liaise between internal and external partners to ensure workflow-related tickets are resolved quickly

  • Prior experience in customer service and support
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint
  • Tech-savvy problem-solver with experience in improving and automating processes
  • Level 1 Insurance license and/or operational-related insurance experience is an asset
