Qualifications

  • Minimum 3‑5 years in retail operations and/or stock experience.
  • Proficiency in an additional language(s) will be considered an asset, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in various clerical and administrative functions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through inquiries and support.
  • Manage inventory through RFID, cycle counts, and year-end processes.
  • Reconcile and balance daily invoices in the boutique.
  • Ensure compliance of Customer Owned Goods and repairs.
