Route Representative

Culligan Water Conditioning is currently seeking individuals with driving and delivery experience to work as a routedriver. The driver will beresponsible for delivering bottled water and completing any auto service orders. In addition to the job duties, the driver will have an opportunity to prospectnew customers.

The route driver will perform extradeliveries along a planned outroute and handles invoicing and collections for all product delivered. There will be times where the driver may be assigned to do auto service orders where they will need to exchange coolers.Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering Bottled Water products in an efficient and timely manner
• Prospecting for new customers for bottled water delivery
• Doing auto generated service orders.
• Preparing, processing, and executing orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
• Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Following all safety protocols and company regulations
• Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.

What you bring to the table:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must be familiar with the city & surrounding areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience driving a 5 ton truck
