We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
  • In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
  • Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
  • Develop deep product & competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local & regional market trends for virtual territory.
  • Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
Qualifications
  • BA / BS degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 1+ years of virtual / inside healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in French / English
  • Strong patient identification and lead generation skills
  • Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Preferred
  • Familiarity with rare diseases products
  • Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
