Responsibilities

  • Review and sort high volumes of job applications; screen and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and confirm candidate interviews.
  • Assist with creating, editing, and posting job ads.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with applicants.
  • Handle documentation for onboarding processes.
  • Conduct passive sourcing as needed.
  • Communicate with insurance agents and managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
