Our Recruitment Advisors manage the end-to-end recruitment process. We are currently seeking three bilingual contract recruiters to support our team of recruiters during a period of high-volume hiring. We are seeking both technical and non-technical recruiters who excel in high-volume environments and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
Our recruiters collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements and to develop strong pipelines of qualified candidates. The successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles across various functions and levels Nationally and will include full cycle recruitment responsibilities such as job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, candidate management, and offer facilitation.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Recruitment Advisor works in partnership with our team of recruiters and internal leaders to source, attract and hire strong diverse talent.
