About the Position

The Quality Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and improving our Management Systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations. This position is responsible for initiating and managing non-conformance reports and CAPAs, conducting thorough root‑cause analyses, and driving corrective actions. The role involves writing and updating policies, procedures, and work instructions, as well as coordinating change control activities to support organizational standards.

What you’ll do
  • Initiate and log non‑conformances and CAPA reports.
  • Investigate non‑conformances using an appropriate root‑cause‑analysis methodology.
  • Write and revise policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Conduct and participate in management system audits.
  • Coordinate change control activities.
  • Attend customer and/or supplier meetings to discuss non‑conformances.
  • Present information to internal stakeholders on metrics and findings pertaining to the Management Systems.
  • Assist in training staff on principles pertaining to the Management Systems.
  • Travel to sites throughout the year as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Science or related field.
  • 2–4 years in a quality‑focused role within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, BRCGS or other relevant quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in root‑cause analysis tools, CAPA processes, and change control.
  • Ability to write and revise policies, procedures, and work instructions with attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting metrics and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering or assisting with staff training on quality principles.
  • Strong problem‑solving and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or QMS software is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
