Description

Join our team. The Kroll Pharmacy team supports pharmacy customers across Canada with new implementations, conversion & data migration projects, module activations, and all scopes of training. We focus on positive customer experiences while ensuring agility, creativity and efficiencies. Our goal is to consistently deliver exceptional customer outcomes with our training and implementation initiatives.

As a Business Analyst and expert in your field, you will use your subject matter and technical expertise to design and develop training and implementation programs, resources, and strategies to optimize training and implementation outcomes for our clients and teams. You will consult on complex implementation projects, lending your expertise and knowledge to project teams to ensure positive customer experiences and optimal project results based on the individual business needs of the customer. You will use your knowledge and experience of conversions and data migrations to assist with the data review process for new pharmacies transitioning to Kroll from other pharmacy management software solutions. You will apply problem‑solving techniques to help the team overcome and adjust for unexpected changes. You will work with minimal supervision and guidance, and use your strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail to ensure our pharmacy customers receive consistently excellent training experiences and are comfortable with the products and services they receive, thereby contributing to positive health outcomes for patients across the country.

Here’s how
  • Manage, design and develop training materials and learning solutions to ensure documentation and programs are current and relevant given market changes and evolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in training curriculum given business developments and evolutions.
  • Deliver training events and learning solutions using all mediums including onsite, e‑learning, virtual facilitation, and blended models.
  • Use in‑depth knowledge on settings, configurations, add‑on modules, and pricing to ensure stores are maximizing the efficiency of their pharmacy application.
  • Consult on complex implementation projects and collaborate with the stakeholders at varying levels of seniority to understand objectives/strategies and desired results.
  • Travel across Canada to provide onsite training and project support when needed, ensuring appropriate travel arrangements to allow for prompt scheduled arrival at pharmacies.
  • Maintain organized, detailed documentation for training assignments, as well as tracking and reporting on opportunities when necessary.
  • Identify and elevate issues quickly through appropriate channels.
  • Work independently and take initiative to solution new challenges faced by the team.
  • Thrive and promote a team environment of collaboration and cooperation, as you help maintain our core supportive team culture.
Qualifications

  • Fully Bilingual in English and French, written and oral skills.

  • Proven expertise using and troubleshooting the Kroll pharmacy applications.
  • Experience working in a pharmacy environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
  • Resilient, agile and flexible to change.
  • Demonstrates a focus on the best interest of the customer and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working with data conversions to the Kroll software from other pharmacy software solutions.
  • Has a valid driver's license, unlimited access to a vehicle, and can legally rent a car in all provinces and territories.

Great‑to‑haves.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in troubleshooting Kroll software issues.
  • Experience in adult education or designing training programs.
  • Experience working with other pharmacy solutions or tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google tools.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range: $64,000-$96,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
