Job Summary

The Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator will handle inquiries, scheduling and education for the Quebec and Canadian French medical cannabis patients by telephone and email. Must be able to speak fluently in French and English. Will assist our Health Care Practitioners with accurate history taking and verbal or written translation. As the Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator you will be involved in …

  • Vetting medical records and referrals
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Booking and confirming patient appointments
  • Answering patient and physician inquiries via email
  • Data entry and document management
  • Educating patients on medical cannabis
  • Completing registrations with Licensed Cultivators
  • Keeping up to date on current cannabis news, laws and regulations
  • Establishing and maintaining a maximum level of client satisfaction
  • Helping out with patient retention
  • Performing other duties as assigned

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in the Clinic preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in French and English
