A major railway operator is looking for an Officer of Transportation Training and Development in Montreal. This role emphasizes safety leadership and the training of employees to meet regulatory standards for effective goods delivery. The Officer, Transportation Training and Development –Field is responsible for acting as a safety leader for employees. The roleensures employees are trained to perform regulatory standards enabling theefficient delivery of goods to CN’s customers.
The role is performed in a combination of office and outdoor environments in various weather conditions. The role has irregular workhours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support the demands of thebusiness. The role requires occasional travel (up to 50%) in the field todeliver trainings.
