About the Role

We’re looking for bilingual professionals who are passionate about helping others and love curating travel and lifestyle experiences. As a Bilingual Luxury Cruise and Guest Relations Concierge, you will be responsible for creating an exclusive experience for our guests\' journey from preparation to their trip and post-trip while meeting their most imaginative expectations.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in downtown Toronto. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering thoughtful, human-centered service every day. You will work exclusively in partnership with Orient Express.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver personalized service via phone and email for travel, dining, and lifestyle requests
  • Curate bespoke itineraries based on guest preferences
  • Anticipate and address guest needs before, during, and after their journey
  • Coordinate with onboard and shore-based teams to ensure seamless experiences
  • Uphold the highest standards of service, reflecting the elegance of our brand
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a respectful, high-performing workplace
  • Stay organized, meet performance goals, and bring a caring, solutions-focused mindset
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a seamless and welcoming booking experience

Training & Schedule
  • Paid Training: Begins with a full-time, in-office training period, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Subject to change based on operational needs and individual progress
  • Post-training schedule: Includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends (2 days off/week)
  • Location: Our office is located in the Financial District, with easy access to the PATH and local amenities
  • Note: Full availability to work onsite is required.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years in luxury travel, cruise, or high-end hospitality (preferred)
  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems, Outlook, and Excel
  • Passion for luxury travel and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Familiarity with cruise operations or port culture is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of private transportation, dining options, entertainment, and local attractions is preferred
