A specialized travel services company in Toronto is seeking a Bilingual Luxury Cruise and Guest Relations Concierge to provide personalized service for luxury travel requests. Candidates should be fluent in English and French, with at least two years of experience in luxury hospitality. The role involves curating travel itineraries and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Bilingual Luxury Cruise & Guest Relations
Location: Training in-office (Toronto, ON - Financial District)
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour CAD
Schedule: Full-Time | day shifts, including afternoons and weekends (post-training)
Languages Required: English and French

We’re looking for bilingual professionals who are passionate about helping others and love curating travel and lifestyle experiences. As a Bilingual Luxury Cruise and Guest Relations Concierge, you will be responsible for creating an exclusive experience for our guests\' journey from preparation to their trip and post-trip while meeting their most imaginative expectations.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in downtown Toronto. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering thoughtful, human-centered service every day. You will work exclusively in partnership with Orient Express.
