Responsibilities
- Remotely sell the employer's products within assigned territory and specific customer accounts to achieve sales quotas
- Identify, develop, and close leads, while managing customer concerns and issues
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and product launches
- Submit timely sales reports and forecasts, ensuring accurate administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma, or 5 years with an Associate’s degree, or 3 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or medical device sales
- Demonstrated sales success, preferably in B2B or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach and educate others
- Familiarity with hospital and clinical environments, as well as experience selling complex products over the phone
