What you’ll be doing
- Answer incoming calls from group benefits members, federal and provincial program participants, and other clients with professionalism and care.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with multiple internal departments.
- Navigate multiple systems (up to 13+ portals, spreadsheets, and specialized platforms) to quickly find solutions.
- Handle emotionally charged conversations with empathy, patience, and discretion.
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry while keeping pace in a fast-moving environment.
What we’re looking for
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort working with multiple monitors and platforms.
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented—able to learn systems quickly.
- Prior experience in customer service, banking, insurance, healthcare, or retail is an asset.
- Eligible for federal security clearance (must have been a Canadian resident or permanent resident for at least 5 years).
The details
- Salary: $42,000 / year (Bilingual) + up to 4% performance incentive.
- Schedule: 7.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (rotating schedules after training).
- Training: 4–5 weeks paid, daytime virtual training.
