We are looking for French bilingual Customer Service representative at our Nestlé Brampton Location to join our Customer Service Operations teams. This role will be responsible for being front line for our Nestlé Canada customers, building valuable relationships and continuing to earn their respect and trust by delivering best-in-class service.
A Customer Service Representative is front line to our customers, both building and maintaining relationships with customers who have a current Nestlé Ice Cream account and engaging with new customers that are being brought on board for their first order.
A Customer Service Representative collaborates cross functionally with other departments; namely distribution, finance, route planning, and logistic operations while managing business relations and building trusting relationships with Nestlé’s customers.
As the successful candidate, you are highly organized, assertive and a self- starter who has strong people skills with exceptional verbal communication skills. You are customer service driven, can inspire people around you and have a passion for our brands. You will also be:
