Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Log all incoming calls into the Customer Service Systems and determine the appropriate action.
  • Track Company Vehicles and provide real-time support to customers at various parking locations.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and address customer inquiries regarding parking, permits, and disputes.
