A non-profit financial organization is looking for a bilingual Credit Counsellor to assist clients in managing their debts and achieving financial stability. This role requires fluency in both English and French and entails assessing client financial situations and offering personalized support. CCS is seeking a bilingual Credit Counsellor (fluent in both English and French). As a Credit Counsellor, you are passionate about supporting clients as they navigate financial challenges. You provide compassionate guidance to help them find solutions for managing debt, overcoming barriers, and achieving their financial goals.
As part of our commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality counselling experience, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and are required to complete the Accredited Financial Counsellor Canada (AFCC) certification within two years of their start date.
The starting salary range for this role is $55,313 - $63,362, which may vary based on geographic location. Consideration will be given to previous education and experience that exceeds the requirements of the role.
In addition, we offer an annual salary review process each January, so the successful candidate can expect to receive regular increases to their salary, subject to meeting established performance objectives.
