A leading insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Mississauga, Canada. This fully remote role involves liaising with advisors and insurers, managing client presentations, and analyzing proposals. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in the Group Benefits industry, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. Wage Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

As a Benefits Analyst at Group Force, you are an integral part of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will liaise between our advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new business and renewal client presentations in your assigned group.
