An organization in the benefits administration sector is seeking a Benefits Administrator to provide front-line support to plan members and manage benefits administration functions. This role involves responding to member inquiries, processing enrolments, and providing general support to the benefits team. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position offers flexible working hours, including remote work with occasional in-office requirements in Toronto.

The Benefits Administrator provides front-line support to plan members and executes core benefits administration functions. Reporting to the Director of Benefits and working collaboratively within a team environment, this role ensures the efficient delivery of member services and supports the broader benefits team through a variety of administrative responsibilities.

This role offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, promoting professional development and work-life balance. 35 hours per week with occasional requirement for overtime. While this is a remote position, occasional in-office work is required in Toronto.
