Reporting to the Manager, Child & Adolescent, the Behavioural Support Worker works under the direction of a licensed professional. Provides home‑based behaviour modifications and interventions to children up to 19 years old who are diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism, Asperger’s, and Tourette syndrome, ADHD, ODD, as well as other comorbid mental health disorders. The role involves collaboration with a multi‑disciplinary team, participation in functional behaviour assessments, planning effective behaviour intervention plans, and conducting analysis of behavioural data for clients in the program.

$34.20 - $41.93 Hourly
