Job Title: Bar Server (with cocktail & wine expertise)
Location: Jasper, AB
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Full‑time – Morning or Evening shift

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere manner.
• Communicate effectively with all customers.
• Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate.
• Offer courteous service to all guests and answer questions regarding the surroundings or menu.
• Know the cocktail & drinks menu extensively and guide customers accordingly.
• Use basic wine knowledge to guide customers based on food pairing and sweetness levels.
• Know all food items on the menu.
• Ensure that all areas are clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain neat and organized stockrooms and storages.
• Certify and confirm that SOPs are followed and completed.
• Ensure proper cash and float security during operating hours.
• Manage your own cash floats daily.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the distilling process of each main spirit group (vodka, rum, gin, whiskey).
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy work environment.
• At least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months in a busy restaurant environment.
• Guest‑service oriented and a positive, “go‑getter” attitude.
• Able to lift at least 15 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Proserve qualifications.
• Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts).
• Adaptability to a team‑centric workplace and commitment to safety.
