Responsibilities
  • Our Bartenders are engaging hosts with expert knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, known for showmanship, attention to detail, and strong guest connections.
  • Create a positive guest experience through engaging interaction and meticulous adherence to the steps of service, including expert cocktail preparation and flawless execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage items to confidently make recommendations.
  • Promptly receive drink orders and pour all beverages accurately according to O&B standards.
  • Present beverages clearly and professionally at the service bar pick-up area.
  • Communicate beverage descriptions, specials, and relevant information to guests and team members.
  • Set up and dismantle the bar area, including dishwasher and cappuccino machine operation.
  • Stock and maintain all bar products, including mise en place.
  • Monitor and maintain beer keg and liquor levels.
  • Conduct regular counts and inventories of all beverages and supplies, assisting management with ordering.
  • Remain attentive to special requests, including guest allergies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
  • Proven bartending experience in a catering, restaurant, or similar environment (preferred).
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (required).
  • Extensive product knowledge, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional urgency and consistent momentum.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
