Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.

Experience

• Bartending experience: 2 years (required).
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Math skills for cash handling and drink pricing accuracy.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is beneficial.
• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
