Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, responsible for mixing cocktails and pouring drinks to ensure our Guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They focus on serving perfect drinks every time and build relationships through conversation and situational serving. They champion a fun and safe work environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What does a successful Bartender look like?

• Maintains composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Builds relationships with regulars by knowing their names and chatting about sports
• Makes all drinks to Boston Pizza standards
• Champions the 'Foundations of Hospitality,' Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to ensure quick drink service
