Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender and those not experienced but interested in bartending to join our team in a vibrant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Learn to craft and serve our diverse drink menu.
  • Create an engaging atmosphere during events (karaoke, trivia nights, etc.).
  • Contribute ideas for improvement - we listen!
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies, cleaning up the toilets as needed.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Adhoc duties from management.
