What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site event execution to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Set up and break down event setup and prepare the room, including tables/chairs, A/V, catering buffet setups, and bar setups as needed
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and professional, efficient service throughout each event
  • Serve food and beverages in an organized, timely manner.
  • Supervise event support staff during service and delegate tasks as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests during events, handling requests and resolving issues professionally
  • Collaborate with Chef, Restaurant General Manager, and Event Manager through weekly planning meetings
  • Manage guest inquiries, respond to emails, prepare quotes and billing & invoices as required
  • Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and quality control throughout each event
