  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • 4% vacation pay
  • Extended health benefits and dental care after 6 months of probation

Job Duties:

  • Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Create menus and ensure that food meets quality standards
  • Direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Participate in recruiting process
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
  • Determine food requirements and estimate costs of supplies and labour
  • Maintain the records of inventory, food costs, sales and consumption
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis

Job requirements:

  • Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
