Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic prospecting to secure new business insurance clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients and internal teams.

  • Present and communicate our value proposition confidently to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Understand buyer personas and address the unique challenges of our target market.
  • Achieve quick wins and consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
  • Maintain detailed records and updates in CRM systems to support client engagement and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with your Service Support team to ensure seamless client service and retention.
  • Stay informed on market trends and evolving client needs in the corporate insurance space.
  • Participate in networking events, face-to-face meetings, and other lead generation activities.
  • Provide timely updates and insights to management through reports and presentations.
  • Respond to client inquiries, gather underwriting information, and conduct relevant research.
