A growing landscaping company in Ontario is looking for a Property Maintenance Crew Member. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, securing loads, and maintaining logs. The ideal candidate has a valid AZ or DZ licence and at least 3 years of driving experience. This full-time position offers 40 to 50 hours per week with a competitive wage based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ or DZ licence with a clean driving abstract.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck in varying conditions.
• Tarp and secure all loads for safety.
• Maintain a complete and accurate log book.

Skills

Valid AZ or DZ licence

3 years of driving experience

Experience hauling a float trailer

Routine inspections of dump truck

Ability to lift 25 kg

Job description

Warren Landscaping + Design has been operational for 14 years and we continue to grow. We are seeking to hire a Property Maintenance Crew Member to join our 2025 team. We have an immediate start date.

Role and Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck in varied traffic and weather conditions.
• Tarp and secure all loads to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain a complete and accurate log book, as well as reporting all maintenance & repair issues to the employer.

Skill Requirements

• Valid AZ or DZ licence with a clean driving abstract.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience hauling a float trailer with heavy equipment is an asset.
• Perform routine inspections of dump truck and trailers.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays, if necessary.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 kg, if required.

Additional Information

• Wages offered will be based upon experience.
• This position is full-time with available 40 to 50 hours per week.
• Winter season is off.
