We are currently looking for a permanent, full time dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our client's service department in London, ON and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee daily service operations, manage a team of technicians, and work to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming commercial service calls and in shop service requests
  • Schedule and dispatch road service calls and in shop work
  • Creating open orders and invoices in the company system
  • Assisting in all clerical aspects relevant to the service department, e.g. accurate completion of RSR, purchase order requests
  • When required be able to resolve afterhours service related issues
  • Able to come in afterhours to relieve product for commercial service calls
  • Minimum amount of outside sales and P&D (Pickup and Delivery)
Qualifications
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English language (reading & writing)
  • Trucking experience and a dispatching background is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently and be punctual
  • Team player
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
