Qualifications

• Previous sales experience—automotive or related industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Automotive parts knowledge is an asset.
• Effective team player capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and commitment to OH&S standards.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct customer visits across the region to assess product needs.
• Develop strong and lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver presentations that clearly communicate product value and solutions.
• Build deep knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
• Train both store teams and customers on product features.
• Assist in new store inventory setups and expansion of existing line codes.
• Provide exceptional service with prompt, effective responses to customer needs.
