About the Role

Clutch is looking for an Automotive Apprentice Technician – Part-Time to join our team!

This is a part-time weekend role (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am – 6:00pm) offered as a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension or transition into a full-time role.

We’re seeking highly motivated, hands-on apprentice technicians to ensure all of our vehicles meet Clutch’s high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of domestic, import, and European vehicles.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)
• Assist in diagnosing and assessing vehicle issues and damage
• Support repairs and preventative maintenance such as brakes, suspension, tires, and batteries
• Document work performed and report on vehicle conditions
• Learn from licensed technicians while adhering to Clutch’s high mechanical standards

What We’re Looking For

• Currently an Automotive Apprentice (Level 3/4 preferred)
• Experience working with a variety of car brands, including domestic, import, and European
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop advanced skills
• Comfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
• Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
