Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly flag rate : $46 – $60
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Monthly earning potential : $8,000 – $15,000
• Signing bonus : $10,000 – $15,000 (based on experience)
• Paid in two parts : After 90 days and at the 6-month mark
