What is the opportunity?

The Operations Associate is critical in providing processing support to the RBC Wealth Management business. You will review, verify, and record data into technology systems following department procedures.

What will you do?
  • Provide efficient and accurate processing support to the RBC Wealth Management business
  • Accurately review, verify, and record data into technology systems following internal procedures
  • Escalate issues independently, seeking assistance from Team Lead or Manager as appropriate
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
What do you need to succeed?
  • Post‑secondary education or relevant work experience
  • English proficiency is required (French is a plus), as you will be frequently doing business with English (or French) RBC partners and/or staff across Canada
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, and agile working environment
  • Strong customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills
Nice‑to‑have
  • Background or experience in business, finance, customer service, and/or accounting/bookkeeping
