Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sports Betting & Wagering Development, the Associate Marketing Manager will support strategic initiatives to grow Woodbine’s sports betting and wagering business. Responsibilities include executing sports betting integration, developing wagering products, and supporting new business opportunities and partnerships. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and project management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing sports betting strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of the 5-year Wagering Strategic Plan.
  • Coordinate the integration of racing content into Sports Betting Operator platforms.
  • Manage relationships with SBOs and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new wagering opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Support modernization of wagering platforms.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate new partnerships and support business development.
  • Prepare performance reports and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Participate in industry events to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years in marketing, sports betting, or wagering with project management experience.
  • Knowledge of the wagering industry and sports betting markets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
