Practice Areas

• Providing full legal service for Chinese speaking clients
• Commercial and Civil litigation
• Construction Law and Real Estate Development
• Commercial dispute resolution
• Administrative Tribunal work including RTB advocacy

Responsibilities

• Work with new client files from beginning to end, and to assist the partners and associates of the firm with larger litigation cases. Our litigation cases are often against large national law firms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of litigation experience (in British Columbia)
• Mandarin language ability (required)
• Solicitor experience is an asset
• Book of business is a valuable asset, but not required for more junior applicants
• Member in good standing of the Law Society of the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (required)
