A leading HR services provider is looking for an HR Business Partner to support over 100 employees. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, serving as a first point of contact for approximately 100+ employees within the business. This role is responsible for employee relations, HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, and general HR program execution. The Junior HRBP partners closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and HR leadership to ensure consistent application of policies, programs, and practices while building foundational skills to grow into a more strategic HRBP role.
