Job Title: Associate Financial Advisor | Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) | Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year plus Commission & Bonus

About the Role: Are you a driven financial services professional with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial well-being? We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Mississauga. In this in-office role, you will play an integral part in supporting and developing agency operations through prospecting, client engagement, and sales activities, with a strong emphasis on life insurance, group benefits, and investment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an LLQP-licensed advisor to grow within a collaborative and client-centric environment, where your contributions directly impact both clients’ financial success and the agency’s overall performance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of the agency by generating sales of life insurance, group benefits, and wealth management products.
  • Support and service the agency’s life, group, and investment portfolios while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Conduct proactive client reviews and needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend suitable life and wealth solutions.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales and retention goals across all product lines.
  • Perform front-line risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines for product recommendations.
  • Cultivate multi-line relationships and maximize cross-sell opportunities across personal and business markets.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with agency and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • LLQP license (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, life insurance, or related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of life insurance, investment products, and group benefits
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a high level of integrity
