Our client offers a wide portfolio of technology and solutions, including IC test program design, front-end engineering test, wafer probe, wafer bump, substrate design and supply, wafer-level package, flip chip, system-in-package, and final test. What you'll be doing?
  • Production Support: Provide comprehensive production and engineering support for all backend equipment-related activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and production efficiency.
  • Equipment Setup: Execute timely setup conversions of backend equipment for production utilization, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
  • Maintenance Excellence: Perform prompt setup, repairs, and maintenance of backend equipment including laser mark, vision scanner, and Tape & Reel platforms to maintain optimal operational conditions.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot equipment-related issues effectively to minimize downtime while performing routine preventive maintenance and calibration activities on a scheduled basis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in implementing equipment improvement projects that enhance productivity, reliability, and overall operational efficiency in semiconductor backend processes.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Diploma// Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for understanding complex semiconductor backend equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Industry Experience: Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply with comprehensive training provided.

Working Hours: 3-2-2-3, 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am (Fixed day shift / night shift)
