Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of field veterinarians to provide technical and medical expertise for Cattle and Equine products
  • Collaborate with sales and key accounts to enhance client engagement and accelerate business growth

  • Provide medical and technical leadership within the Livestock Business Unit
  • Represent the employer at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) required
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical veterinary experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in industry roles involving technical services, medical marketing, or veterinary operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and budgets
  • Must have an active or be eligible for a provincial veterinary license and in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postgraduate training or specialization in cattle or equine medicine is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and educate diverse audiences
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and translate them into actionable business insights
  • Familiarity with clinical research and scientific literature review
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
