Canadian Blood Services is seeking an experienced leader to be its Associate Director, Enterprise Facility Strategic and Capital Planning. In this role, the Associate Director will drive the Enterprise Facility Asset Strategic plan by leading the development of the enterprise facility portfolio and capital plan. They will oversee CBS Physical Infrastructure capital and master planning, provide crucial support for capital planning initiatives, develop business cases and plans, ensure strategic alignment across CBS divisions and strategies, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Director also oversees the effective management of assigned personnel and external consultants, including those in management roles, ensuring alignment with the goals of Corporate and Financial Services. This position serves as a key facilitator in developing strong inter-departmental and intra-divisional relationships on a national scale. In summary, this role will ensure that the physical footprint of CBS continually evolves to best serve donors, patients, and health systems across Canada.
