Custom Healthcare Compliance Solutions is a boutique consulting firm based in Montreal, Quebec. We partner with medical device and pharmaceutical companies worldwide to design, maintain, and strengthen compliance programs that manage risks under international healthcare fraud and abuse laws.

We are looking for a bright, motivated Associate Consultant to join our small, dynamic team as a full-time, permanent team member. What You’ll Do

As an Associate Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting our clients by:

  • Drafting and editing policies, contracts, and compliance communications
  • Reviewing proposed client activities for potential compliance risks
  • Assisting with compliance audits and preparing related documentation
  • Developing training materials and summarizing meeting minutes
  • Listening to and summarizing educational conference calls
  • Reviewing, editing, and formatting spreadsheets of reportable expenses
  • Conducting legal and regulatory research
  • Supporting various special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in law, compliance, or life sciences are an asset
  • Experience: Prior experience in compliance, healthcare, or legal sectors strongly preferred
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Attributes: Self-driven, detail-oriented, strong writing skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Language: Our services are provided primarily in English
