Role Summary: As an Associate Account Manager at Patsnap, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and revenue growth by managing a portfolio of innovative clients. It is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the customer lifecycle from identifying and developing new opportunities to managing and growing existing relationships. You’ll spend approximately 60% of your time on new business development across both new and existing accounts, and 40% on renewals and ongoing account management.
This is a hybrid position in our Toronto, Canada office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.
