Job Duties
- Plan and organize daily operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff (team of 11–15 employees)
- Set and manage staff work schedules
- Monitor and organize inventory; order supplies as needed
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Oversee and train staff in service quality and operational procedures
Job Requirements
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in food service, including supervisory responsibilities
- Certificates: Serving It Right (BC), Food Safety Certificate
- Computer knowledge: MS Office, Point of Sale (POS) systems
