Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant three (3) years’ experience in cleaning is required.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web) are required.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, industry standards, and municipal by-laws is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and maintain building common areas.
• Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out.
• Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning.
• Empty garbage containers and clean around the garbage dumpsters.
• Assist with paperwork and keep the rental office organized.
• Monitor phones and track rental inquiries.
