  • Progressive Leadership: Develop your management, communication, and problem‑solving skills through increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strategic Contributions: Be entrusted with special assignments and large‑scale projects that directly impact plant performance.
Your Long‑Term Mandate: Production Manager
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate all production teams (multiple shifts), fostering a safe, positive, and accountable work environment.
  • Operational Performance: Be responsible for achieving performance objectives (OEE, costs, quality, delivery). Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
  • Production Management: Oversee planning, daily operations, and problem‑solving to ensure efficient and profitable production.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the implementation and deployment of continuous improvement programs and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Health & Safety: Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all programs and standards.
  • Human Capital Development: Recruit, train, and develop talent, ensure succession planning, and support employee retention.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Maintenance, HR, Finance) to achieve the plant’s strategic and financial objectives.
